Attachments Being Removed

Running LetteRip 4 in OSX. Attachments such as PDF's and graphics  
seem to be stripped from inbound messages to our list server from  
qualified list managers. The emails go out to the address list, but  
do not go out with the attachment. The Attachment Exclusion  
preference is not selected under Incoming Mail List preferences.  
Perhaps we've missed something else that needs to be set. We would  
like to allow, or at least selectively allow, qualified list admins  
to send PDF, JPG and GIF attachments to their lists.
