the two lines pertaining to this email look like this:

02/14 13:42:15 [306] - smtp send: sending to: %%email_address%%
02/14 13:42:16 [306] - smtp send: ERROR!! This address temporarily could not be sent to remote host: %%email_address%%

I have numerous other instances like this, a lot from the same domain (in this case yahoo.com). I also have other yahoo.com email addresses that don't have the corresponding error line.
