Will do; that was my thought, too.
That was, indeed, what it was. Charter doesn't give you any way to
deal with them, either, except through their subscribers, so I mailed
a bunch of Charter subscribers and asked them to ask for it to be
fixed...and as of this morning, it seems to be.
