Well, that's really the gist of it, isn't it? It was for historical
reasons...I'm still running EIMS on an OS 9 machine, and it's been
easier to do nothing than to copy it all over to the LetterRip
machine and switch the SMTP port for LetterRip. But from what I can
tell, putting them on the same machine would actually make all of
this much simpler...
