We've had this problem occur a couple times now with spammers sending to
our lists. This is received in the error log:
11/17 14:47:07 [112] - smtp send: sending mail 1628 bytes "Outgoing.184788"
11/17 14:47:07 [114] - smtp send: sending mail 1605 bytes "Outgoing.184790"
11/17 14:47:07 [104] - smtp recv: connection closed

11/17 14:47:07 [114] - smtp send: ERROR!! SMTP error, LetterRip

11/17 14:47:07 [112] - smtp send: closing connection

11/17 14:47:07 [114] - smtp send: closing connection
11/17 14:47:07 [114] - Queue Mgmt: Outmail file: Outgoing.184790

And then it keeps looping and looping every couple seconds. Any way to
prevent this? It seems like LetterRip isn't responding properly to some
SMTP errors? Or will this eventually expire? Shouldn't there be some
delay between retries?
