At this moment all this are issues with the CSS code, that depend on how each
browser implement the CSS specifications and, in part, in the default users
font sizes. Is a matter of try CSS code combinations and see the bugs reported
until find the code that is best rendered in all browsers.

The headers and footers links was a pain until find the current code we use for.
I hope that this will be more easy to fix ;-)

Yes, this will be the next step. I remember that you requested this when
creating the PDF framework, but not free time them and forgotten until now.
