Thiat will require to change also lfs-navigational.xsl.

That page was incorrect, because it told you to issue a chroot without /tools in the PATH and it said that we were done with /tools. That's obviously not true because we haven't even started building binaries into /usr at that point. If anything that page should move to the end of chapter 10, which is why I didn't delete it, but just removed it from the includes for now.
