Matt, did you forget to commit these to the patches repo?
No, I intentionally *didn't* commit them to the repo, as I'm not
convinced they're needed. I wasn't sure the best way to handle this - I
could either commit them to the repo anyway and just remove them if they
are no longer required, or I could remove the patches from the book, and
re-add them if they are necessary. OK, erm, the former is probably
better. I'll fix it up later, unless Jeremy beats me to building
chapter 6 and verifying which patches are required :)
