I like the command change since it shows an alternative way, but I

Well, we either need the explanation, or we need to use the same syntax
in both places, IMO. My justification for this is that it may well
leave folks wondering why we use the different syntax and assume it's
because it's doing different things in the two cases. I'm happy just
moving to the '1..8' syntax and omit the explanation, to be honest.
Sahdow has an example using the {file1,file2} syntax, so we end up
demonstrating both forms of the file expansion in the book.
