Also, is there any reason that dejagnu is after tcl and expect? Does it require
either of them? Same with the toolchain build order in chap. 5, after the
adjustment - is there a specific reason why gcc Pass 2 needs to be installed
before binutils Pass 2, particularly since both Pass 1 and Chap. 6 build
binutils first?
