Fixed indeed in the sense that the new instructions don't lead to
incorrect locale choice.
Would you mind if I reopen this, downgrade to P5 wishlist (targeted to
LFS-6.3) and change the title to "prepare a table of known good regional
settings"? Or is it better to make a separate bugzilla entry for that wish?
BTW that's already done in the utf8-newmake LiveCD branch.
