How about replacing the text with:

After answering a few questions about the location, the script will output
the name of the time zone (e.g., America/Chicago). Then create the
/etc/localtime file by running:

And the trailing text with:
{{{
Replace <xxx> with the name of the time zone that tzselect provided (e.g.,
America/Chicago). Other POSIX compatible time zone files such as GMT can
be found in the /usr/share/zoneinfo directory.
