I am going to rebuild the whole LiveCD with the headers from
linux-2.6.19.2. If nothing bad pops up, I'll update LFS.
Sorry, but I have to remove the support for reiser4 and loop-AES from the
CD, because there are no versions of these patches compatible with
linux-2.6.19.x.
