Ncurses does have a test suite, but you need to install Ncurses before it
works. Try:

./test/rain
}}}
then 'q' to quit. Some tests need a ctrl-c to exit. Some are games, some
are graphics who remind me of my Tandy Color Computer III Q-basic
graphics. The ./test/ncurses is a menu driven front-end to the tests. It's
worth mentioning this in the book, even though we can't really give
commands to run a traditional test suite.
