The Util-linux-ng instructions have the following issues:

/usr/bin/wall from the sysvinit package is overwritten. We must
decide which one to use and attempt to eliminate the other one
from being installed. "wall" should be added to the program
descriptions as well if the Util-linux-ng version is used.

The "write" program will only be built and installed if a
configure switch is passed. If it isn't desired any longer
(not passing the switch), then the program description should
be removed from the book text.

Additionally, CLFS build passes a configure switch so that
the "partx" and related programs are built and installed.
 Probably not a bad idea.
