As the GMP and MPFR packages could now be considered as
'toolchain' packages, perhaps we could annotate in the
book (chapter 6) how to interpolate the test suite results.
DJ gave some hints in a post to -dev and I have some as
well that I use. I'm creating this ticket just as a
reminder.
