#2313: --sysconfdir switch is probably not needed for Inetutils

 It appears that for the purposes of a base system, the --sysconfdir in
 Inetutils instructions doesn't really do anything. Nothing is installed
 into /etc, and from what I could tell by checking the info and man pagees,
 only the servers - which LFS disables anyway - ever use anything there.
