Though I don't agree with Alexander about this ticket, I'll
accept it and do something with it before the 6.4 release.
My opinion is that Alexander doesn't give "users" enough
credit. Deciding whether or not she needs an optional
dependency should be a simple enough task. However, for
organizational purposes, separating them is not a bad idea.
