This patch changes the Binutils version to 2.19.0. Apparently the Binutils
release manager does not feel that any of the changes warrent a new
release. The bugs fixed by this patch include:[[BR]]

which fixes a segfault in ld,[[BR]]
[http://sourceware.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=7044][[BR]]
which fixes compiler warnings with gcc-4.3, and some fixes for non-x86
platforms.[[BR]]
We have used these branch patches before. They do not add new features.
They're bug fixes against the 2.19 release. From what I can see, this
patch is not necessary for LFS, but would improve the health of our
Binutils. Consider that these changes were backported to the 2.19 branch
for a reason, and we should take advantage of it.
