Using chapter 5 to get around the circular dependency sounds good to me.
But we might want to keep the chapter 5 order as-is (and not worry about
packages fighting about libblkid; just install it from both), and just use
chapter 5's libuuid for the util-linux-ng build in chapter 6.
Or at least do that for now...
