#2398: Coreutils-7.4 fails 2 stty tests

My test logs show Coreutils-7.4 FAILS 2 tests related to stty. If someone
can confirm this on their build please (preferably non-jhalfs in case its
related to something jhalfs is doing) please, I'd appreciate it. I'll
then send my testsuite.log file upstream and see if they can offer any
advice.
