 Now -145, fixing a possible crash when workers are busy and rules are
 changed (something to do with killing off the workers to re-read the rules
 caused the main udevd process to crash).

 This probably only affects us on the first boot, when rules for CD devices
 are regenerated (since we pregenerate net-device rules files), or when a
 user drops a rule into place at an extremely bad time.
