#2468: Module-Init-Tools testsuite

Running "make check" for Module-Init-Tools just compiles some stuff then
quits without running any tests. There is a "runtests" script in the
"tests" dir that does the testsuite, but this is not run by "make check"
anymore, although the CODING file in the source dir still says that it
should. It seems that this patch - http://www.mail-archive.com/linux-
[email protected]/msg00070.html - was applied, so that the testsuite
would need to be run by directly executing "./tests/runtests".
