the new CLOCKPARAMS variable, and fix a spelling error. Also, I think -
mainly judging from the mention of /sbin/hotplug - that the ON_HOTPLUG
variable can be dropped.
Fixed in r9016 (trunk) and r9017 (6.5).

Thanks for the patch Chris. I took the opportunity to also fix up the
indentation in the paragraph that your first hunk touched. I also got rid
of the ONHOTPLUG variable. We don't have hotplug around and I couldn't
see where IN_HOTPLUG would be set so assumed the relevant stuff in ifup &
ifdown is dead code now.
