In the book's list of packages to download, it gives
http://www.gnu.org/software/patch/ as Patch's home page. However, there is
no longer anything there. It should be replaced, probably by either
http://savannah.gnu.org/projects/patch or
http://directory.fsf.org/project/patch/.
