psmisc places killall in /usr/bin. killall needs to be in /bin because
pidof is used in the boot scripts and is a symbolic link to killall.

For most users, this is not an issue because sysvinit links pidof to
/sbin/killall5, but it does affect users that do not use sysvinit.

An erratum needs to be placed on the web site for the 6.6. book to address
 the same issue.
