#2629: Stable book packages on LFS ftp

On the LFS ftp download mirrors, the packages for LFS 6.6 are in a
"6.6-rc1" directory, and the package tarball is also labeled "6.6-rc1". I
think there aren't any differences in package versions between the rc and
the final release, but we don't want any potential user confusion about
the book/package versions.
