#2672: More explicit mount options for LFS partition

 I've seen occasional reports of users having problems running configure
 because the LFS partition is mounted with options such as "noexec" and
 "nosuid", due to some distros' defaults. I think the command to mount $LFS
 should include "-o exec,suid,dev".
