I've created a LFS-style patch from Gilles' upstream submission (mentioned
at http://www.linuxfromscratch.org/pipermail/lfs-
dev/2010-June/063875.html) that resolves the problem with these later
versions being dependent on Tk. Chapter 5 has built successfully, chapter
6 should be done overnight. Given the massive changes in Expect, and the
other patches that have hit Dejagnu via #2684, my current build has
dropped the expect-spawn patch and the expect-tcl_8.5.5 patch.
