Note that theres a couple of high-impact regressions reported at
http://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/bug-autoconf/2010-07/msg00008.html and
http://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/bug-autoconf/2010-07/msg00009.html.
Patches have been posted that are confirmed at fixing them, but 2.67
should be out in a couple of weeks, so I think we should hold off on
upgrading until then.
