As reported at http://linuxfromscratch.org/pipermail/lfs-
dev/2010-August/064258.html, some Perl modules (examples include Apache's
mod_perl & Gnumeric) fail to build on x86_64. Passing '-Duseshrplib' to
Perl's 'Configure' script fixes this.
