In '/trunk/BOOK/chapter06/glibc.xml', line 97 the 'remap' attribute is
missing from 'userinput' element.
The line should read:
<screen><userinput remap="pre">patch -Np1 -i ../&glibc-gcc_fix-
patch;</userinput></screen>
Also present in version 6.7 of the book and may cause problems for auto-
build systems.
