I can't reproduce my lib/terminfo issue after some new builds so
everything look perfect in chap 5 and 6.
I forgot to add that changing STTY_BIN with no pass has the side effect
that the stty symlink could be removed in chap-6.6. That's what Greg was
doing with DIY.
