This is basically fixed in revision 9469. There doesn't seem to be a fix
for the readline home page. The link we use is the same one gnu uses.
I elected to not update the iana-etc download location. Ours is fine and
we did change it because Seth's page was down. We should consider
changing it if the package gets updated.
The udev testfiles were fixed by extracting the 165 testfiles, renaming
the directory, and repackaging as 166.
Leaving open for now due toi the readline problem.
