Dragging up this one from the past. But, what value does this give anyone
over and above seeing exactly the same information through Subversion?
All of the changes made are available through Trac, which I think provides
much better looking output than the docbook markup would and doesn't
require any effort on the part of an editor. I'd suggest we close this as
WONTFIX, but will wait for dissenting opinions before doing so.
