When compiling Expect-5.45 in Chapter 5 on LFS version SVN-20110330 there
is the following warning:
configure: WARNING:
--enable-threads requested, but building against a Tcl that is NOT
thread-enabled. This is an OK configuration that will also run in
a thread-enabled core.
We should use --enable-threads when building TCL-8.5.9 in chapter 5.
