#2921: Pkg-config testsuite sed is incorrect

From the thread at http://www.linuxfromscratch.org/pipermail/lfs-
dev/2011-September/065047.html, the sed that changes the expected result
of a test is wrong. The test is correct, and the test failure that the
sed works around shows an issue with the bundled version of the popt
library. Either the bundled version needs to be patched to fix the
problem, or pkg-config needs to be linked to an external version of popt.
