In lfs/chapter06/ncurses.html, e.g., there is: ln -sfv ../../lib/libncursesw.so.5 /usr/lib/libncursesw.so There are many other ln -sv throughout the book which can, in my opinion, benefit from having the -f option added in order to not show up as errors when re-install of a package is attempted. |
