See #2882, which is for 3.16 which seems to have disappeared with the
recent kernel.org upheaval. A copy can be found at
http://mirror.nexcess.net/kernel.org/linux/utils/kernel/module-init-tools
/module-init-tools-3.16.tar.bz2.
Seeing as a new version hasn't surfaced in the last few months, I think we
should generate the man-pages ourselves, and add them as a patch.
Closing as a duplicate, and will reopen #2882
