Seeing as a new version hasn't surfaced in the last few months, I think we
should generate the man-pages ourselves, and add them as a patch. 3.16
seems to have disappeared with the recent kernel.org upheaval, but a copy
can be found at http://mirror.nexcess.net/kernel.org/linux/utils/kernel
/module-init-tools/module-init-tools-3.16.tar.bz2.
