Per [http://www.gossamer-threads.com/lists/linux/kernel/1445460] all three
versions of both the kernel tarball and the patch (.bz2, .gz, .xz) are now
at kernel.org. So, resetting to 7.0.
For post-7.0, I think we should consider using the xz version to minimise
bandwidth.
