A URL in LFS BOOK 7.0: Section 3.2 results in Error 302, Temporarily
unavailable. This URL is included in the wget-list file included in the
book. URL in book has been resulting in 302 for several days.

Working URL file matches checksum in book. Could not be found by looking
for IPRoute2 within the first 25 pages of results. Not by
devresources.linuxfoundation.org either.
File was found by searching for original resource link:
ftp://ftp.inr.ac.ru/ip-routing/
Which lead to mirror list:
http://www.docum.org/docum.org/faq/cache/72.html
Most mirror links are dead, but the one listed above resolves to the
checksum matching source tar.
I recommend adding to errata for LFS 7.0.
