Replying to [ticket:3001 bdubbs@…]:

That's as may be, but there's no installation target for the tools, so
this version ends up installing its libraries, man pages and headers, but
not the actual *mod utilities. Installation of those utilities looks
trivial enough; simply install tools/kmod-nolib and symlink *mod to it.
