Are you looking at a cached page, by any chance? I don't see that patch
mentioned, but note that LFS-7.1 was released recently, so you may have
got a slightly older version of that page. Note that LFS-7.1 used
GCC-4.6.2 and LFS-7.0 uses GCC-4.6.1.
