Fixed in r9763. --enable-new-mount introduced a regression in that 'mount
-f' appeared to remount already mounted partitions meaning that tmpfs
stuff like /run broke completely. The main symptom of this is that during
boot, there are a load of warnings about /run/var/bootlog not being
available. I'll report this upstream, but for the time being, --enable-
new-mount will not be added.
