Blah, I had built binutils in one go to get the SBU and that caused the
folder to exist already:
time { ../binutils-2.22/configure --target=$LFS_TGT --prefix=/tools
--disable-nls --disable-werror && make && make install; }
Feel free to close this immediately as a RTM error.
