New version. Release announcement at
http://sourceforge.net/projects/tcl/files/Tcl/8.5.12/tcltk-release-
notes-8.5.12.txt/download. A couple of the fixes are marked as "potential
incompatibility", so we may have to watch out for those, but given the
minimal amount of stuff in LFS that needs Tcl we should be OK.
