#3242: GMP creates two doc directories

The GMP package creates /usr/share/doc/gmp and populates it during 'make
install', and then after that /usr/share/doc/gmp-{version_string} is
created manually. I suggest using a docdir= parameter passed to configure
so that everything is put into the versioned directory.
