I don't see the point of the adjtime file.
I have used the sed to move it, but used /etc/adjtime to set time with
Systemd from UTC to LOCALTIME ... It never got written by anything else.
Meanwhile, on this system I haven't used the sed and I do the same thing,
but it still isn't being {,over}written by anything else.
