Several fixes.
Build is clean with gcc-4.8.1.
Had 3 tests fail:

Tests failed: r_64bit_big_expand r_bigalloc_big_expand r_ext4_big_expand
}}}
It may be a disk space issue as I only have 1G free. Checking the log,
the tests want to allocate a 2T partition. We probably need to make a
note of that.
